River trip description
Sailing ship the Amazone was built in 1929 as a motor sailor! In 1994 she was completely converted into an event ship / party ship. With its beautiful classic details and lots of woodwork, it is the ideal location for a special party. Whether you have an anniversary to celebrate, are looking for a location for your wedding or want to organize a company party with your company. We can unburden you completely and work with the best caterers.
We sail both in the Rotterdam harbors and on the Haringvliet if you want to sail. With the Rotterdam skyline in the background, your party is assured of an exceptional backdrop.
We can also arrange your family weekend on board. A short three-day trip from Rotterdam - Haringvliet, where we go sailing with your children and/or grandchildren, for example for your wedding or anniversary. Actively helping or enjoying our wine bar, everything is possible!
The mentioned price does not include overnight accommodation, but the price for a three-hour day trip / river cruise through the port of Rotterdam for a group of up to 50 people. For larger groups we apply a surcharge of Euro 250 per 25 extra persons. Sailing ship the Amazone can transport a total of 125 people.
If you want to sail and spend the night with a maximum of 13 people, we use a different rate. All this depends on your wishes with regard to catering. For overnight stays, a minimum stay of 2 nights applies. Look here for the possibilities.

About the area
The 'Scheepvaartkwartier' is the historical harbour area of Rotterdam. Surrounded by nice restaurants and shops, it is only at a 10min walking distance to the city centre. A watertaxi can be next to our boat.
